Conference Venue
The Copenhagen HFpEF Summit will take place at the Carlsberg Academy, located in Copenhagen's historic Carlsberg district. This area blends industrial heritage with modern design and offers convenient public transport connections to the city centre.
Travel
From Copenhagen Airport to the venue:
- Public transport: Take metro M2 from the airport towards Valby. Get off at Nørreport station. Get S-train "C" towards Frederikssund station. Get off at Carlsberg station. Walk 5 minutes. Total transport time ~30 mins. Price: 30 DKK (4€). Tickets available from vending machines at the metro stop at the airport.
- Taxi from the airport : Total transport time ~20 mins. Price: 300 DKK (40€). No tips necessary.

Accommodation
Faculty Accommodation
Invited faculty will be accommodated at Hotel Ottilia, a contemporary boutique hotel located within walking distance of the conference venue. Housed in a former Carlsberg brewery building, the hotel offers modern amenities, on-site dining, and rooftop views across Copenhagen.
Accommodation for Participants
Conference participants are encouraged to arrange their own accommodation. A number of hotels are available in the vicinity of the Carlsberg Academy , as well as in central Copenhagen with easy access by public transport. Options close to the venue include:
- Scandic Falkoner – Located in Frederiksberg, with direct metro access to the Carlsberg area
- Hotel Sct. Thomas – A boutique hotel in Vesterbro, within walking distance
- Moxy Copenhagen Sydhavnen – A modern option with good transport connections
